First time I made my own cocnut oil, it was as easy as making milk and separating the fat, just the addition of cooking that fat and separating again. Wow, it was so easy and feels so speacial, I am hooked! My elder tica friend Maria told me how she makes avocado oil from the avocados!, same easy!
