Canva issue?

Wondering if anyone else has had this issue or if im doing something wrong...
but i've had to re-input images into canva several times now.
I'll add in an image, and then a few days later i get the little broken image icon and I don't know why this keeps happening and have to redo it. But now im worried the image will break when i submit my project..
