People that use mulch basins for greywater, what's your sense of the smallest size and/or volume that would work? I know how to calculate surge capacity, but am wondering if I can make a tiny mulch basin eg 10L surge capacity.
Art Ludwig in Greywater Oasis talks about the volume of mulch being 2x the surge capacity (how much gets emptied into the mulch basin in one go).
I have an outside kitchen and want a mulch basin in a small, contained area. I'm also interested in developing design for tiny homes and other situations eg seasonal camping
It doesn't need a raised mound in the middle, I may plant around parts of the outside edge.
